To Celebrate our 25th Anniversary together
we are offering a free table at the Northern Hills Showcase to neighbourhood businesses with new, extended, or upgraded NHCA business memberships (starting at $50)!
What’s included?
- 1 table (tables are min 6′ length – does not include tablecloth or skirt, 1 table per business)
- 2 chairs
- Display space (3′) in front of table
- All table assignment is random
- Directory listing on the event’s web-page
- Networking opportunity
- Business card collection boxes for the duration of the event and all cards obtained within – businesses are encouraged to supply a draw prize!
- Participation in an engaging passport contest
- Power access is limited with a $10 fee/table on first-come-first-served basis
- Business logo in November newsletter, as well as promotional items at the event IF registered by October 16

General Terms & Conditions, and Registration Requirements:
- Neighbourhood Business will receive priority in the event of a sell-out
- Encouraging to provide a special offer for event attendees
- Requires to arrive between 9:00am and 9:45am to set up and be ready for show time at 10:00am
- Some businesses will not be eligible to take part as a vendor due to non-compete clause. The list of the following businesses is the following:
- chiropractic
- physiotherapy
- massage therapy
- fitness
- preschools
- some food services
- Registration is available online or in person at the NHCA office:
- OPENS October 1st, 2019;
- CLOSES at 12 NOON on November 7th, 2019;
- The NHCA reserves the right to close registration as soon as the table limit has been reached, or extend the deadline.
- Product sales are permitted, however:
- Only products legal for sale in Alberta will be permitted.
- Clothing racks and product displays are permitted (within your designated space).
- No soliciting allowed.

Payment and Refund Policies
Our general Purchase & Refund Policies apply. In addition to those listed, the following also apply:
- Refunds will be given, minus a $20.00 administration fee, until Nov. 7, 2019.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after Nov.7, 2019.
This refund policy applies regardless of registration date.
